Words alone could not be enough to express my gratitude, for taking Nancy’s Candea’s training. Nancy serves in the yoga community as an AID “Angel in Disguise”. My experience in her training, and under her guidance expanded my knowledge of yoga, yoga therapy, anatomy, meditation, and yoga philosophy. Nancy teaches the highest form of self care, for your self, which gives you the gift to bring it into the community to all you will teach, and lives you touch daily. Her knowledge of yogic principles is outstanding. By taking these ancient old practices, and bridging them with scientific knowledge, which applies to our everyday lives. If you want to take asana to the next level, be mindful, improve your quality of life, and teach others the same, I highly recommended training with Nancy.

When I began the Yoga Therapy with Nancy Candea, I did not have an idea of how transformative the training would be in my own practice and as a yoga teacher. Her dedication and knowledge to teach health and healing using “ The Five Points of Wellness” program is a powerful way to present her classes. The resources she provides beginning with the manual, on line classes with her and experts in other areas, emails and most importantly the support that she gives her students with her availability and responsiveness when we reach out to her make this program an excellent opportunity for those that want to go deeper into yoga therapy. Nancy’s vision is to empower her students with the experience and the resources to allow each one of them to find their own path, to be successful and therefore a little happier. She encourages the growth and invites her students to understand that it is a evolving field and that we need to keep studying, practicing, learning and listening so we have the experience and the tools to serve others.
